Job Responsibilities

 

  • Using consultative selling methods; analyzing each prospect and identifying needs
  • Working with qualified leads, contacts potential customers and "zero account" customers to initiate the sales process
  • Answering customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses and credit terms
  • Possesses ability to overcome objections or concerns of potential customers and closing the sale over the phone
  • Ability to build strong relationships and build rapport by telephone.

Additional qualifications for the Inside Sales Associate role include:

 

  • 2 + years' Inside Sales or business to business experience is preferred
  • Experience in prospecting, proactive listening, and negotiation
  • Have a strong customer service mentality
  • Ability to learn new products
  • Works well independently

 

MINIMUM CLEARANCE REQUIRED: LOW/National Agency Check with Written Inquiries (NACI)
